Delivery Times
Products are delivered to the shipping address indicated by the customer when placing the order. The customer will receive a confirmation email containing the shipping details and a link to track their order. Delivery times are estimated between 48 and 96 hours and are indicative, based on estimates provided by our carriers. While we make every effort to meet these deadlines, delays may occur due to external reasons.
In case of delivery delay, the customer will be informed by email as soon as possible. In accordance with Article 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, we are committed to transparently communicating all information related to deadlines and assisting the customer in case of any issues.
Responsibility for Address Errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided when placing the order. In case of error or omission in the address, we disclaim all responsibility for non-delivery or delay in the delivery of goods. All additional costs related to address correction, re-shipment, or return of goods will be borne exclusively by the customer.
