Terms of payment and delivery
The methods of payment and delivery currently available, as well as their prices, are indicated in a clear and accessible manner on our website. We undertake to provide all the information necessary to enable the customer to make an informed choice before concluding an order.
Delivery times
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the time of ordering. The customer will receive a confirmation e-mail containing shipment details and a link to track the progress of the order. Delivery times are estimated at between 48 and 96 hours and are given as an indication, based on estimates provided by our carriers. Although we make every effort to meet these deadlines, delays may occur for external reasons.
In the event of late delivery, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible. In accordance with article 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, we undertake to communicate all information relating to deadlines in a transparent manner and to assist the customer in the event of problems.
Liability for address errors
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided at the time of ordering. In the event of an error or omission in the address, we decline all responsibility for non-delivery or delay in the delivery of goods. Any additional costs incurred in correcting the address, reshipping or returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the customer.
Free delivery offers
In certain cases, we reserve the right to offer free delivery for certain items or for orders reaching a minimum value. These offers will be specified on our website and clearly indicated when the order is placed. We ensure that these promotions are communicated in a transparent manner to avoid any ambiguity for the consumer.
Compliance with legal obligations
All our payment, delivery and order management practices comply with the requirements of Swiss law, particularly with regard to transparency and consumer information, as stipulated in the Swiss Federal Law against Unfair Competition (UWG) and the Swiss Code of Obligations.
If you have any questions or require assistance, our team will be happy to help you.
