1. General
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern the relationship between our company, Lead Sàrl, a Swiss company located at Chemin des Vergers 3, 1026 Denges, Switzerland, identified under number CHE-108.630.636, and you, as a customer, when you enter into a purchase agreement via our website www.mybcbg.com (hereinafter “the Site”).
2. Products
The products offered for sale are perfumes and cosmetics. The product photographs on the Site are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly concerning colors.
3. Price
The prices of our products are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Purchase Agreement
You can enter into a purchase agreement with us directly via our online store.
When you place an order on the site, it is considered an offer to purchase. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. The purchase agreement will be officially established when we accept your offer by shipping the items. You will be informed of the shipment by email.
5. Payment and Delivery Procedure
Payment is made online by credit card or any other method offered on the Site. The amount will be debited at the time of order confirmation.
You have the option to select from the various payment and delivery options available. Before your order is sent, we will inform you of the chosen payment method, delivery method, and corresponding costs. The amount will be debited directly during the transaction.
The currently available payment and delivery methods, as well as their rates, can be consulted.
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when placing their order. The customer will receive a confirmation email from the Post Office, allowing them to track their order. Delivery times, estimated at 48 to 96 hours, are indicative. In case of delivery delay, the Customer will be informed by email.
The stated delivery times are indicative and are based on estimates provided by carriers.
In case of an error in the delivery address provided by the customer, Lead Sàrl disclaims all responsibility for the non-delivery or delayed delivery of goods. In accordance with Articles 97 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, all additional costs related to correcting the address, re-shipping, or returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the customer.
In certain cases, we reserve the right to offer free delivery of items.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have a legal right of withdrawal for any online purchase, which you can exercise within 14 days of receiving the items, without having to provide justification. Products will only be accepted if returned in their original, sealed packaging.
If you wish to exercise this right, please inform us of your withdrawal within the given period. The easiest way is to contact us at info@mybcbg.com. You can also use the form available in the “Contact” section.
In case of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the items, using the same payment method as used during the purchase, unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Items must be returned without delay, and no later than 14 days after your declaration of withdrawal, to the following address: Lead Sàrl, Chemin des Vergers 3, 1026, Denges. If additional items (gifts) were offered with your order, they must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, we reserve the right to defer the refund until its receipt. Return costs are borne by the customer.
7. Warranties
Products sold on the Site are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, as provided by Articles 197 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations.
8. Claims & Returns
In case of defective goods upon delivery, we can offer you compensation in the form of a voucher. You also have the right to request repair or replacement of the items. If these options are not possible or appropriate, you can obtain a reduction in the purchase price. If the defect is major, you have the option to cancel the purchase agreement.
We disclaim all responsibility for defects you noticed upon receipt of the items but did not report immediately.
Items are considered defective if they do not meet standard or specified characteristics, if they do not fulfill their function, if they do not comply with legal standards, or if they are not delivered in the agreed quantity. Increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction will not be considered a defect of the products. Similarly, any issue related to gifts or other free services will not be considered a defect.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return one or more items to us. To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Before any return, please contact us at info@mybcbg.com. Once your return request is received, we will inform you by email of the steps to follow.

9. Miscellaneous
We offer our customers various discounts, gifts, and vouchers. Their use is governed by specific conditions that we communicate individually to customers. Unless otherwise stated, each discount voucher or gift voucher can be used only once. Only one voucher of the same type can be applied per order. Furthermore, unless explicitly stated, discounts are not cumulative. If the value of a voucher exceeds the total purchase amount, the unused balance will neither be refunded nor carried over to another voucher.
After your purchase, you may be invited to complete a satisfaction questionnaire issued by a third party. This allows you to share your experience with our products and services. We thank you for the time you will spend answering this questionnaire.
10. Personal Data Protection
The Seller undertakes to protect the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
11. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
In accordance with sales recording legislation, the seller is obliged to provide a receipt to the customer for each transaction made.
The contract is concluded in Switzerland and is governed by Swiss law.
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as any potential dispute between the seller and the buyer, are exclusively subject to Swiss law, excluding any conflict of laws rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. In case of dispute, the competent jurisdiction is that of Lausanne, Switzerland.
